Privacy and Data Processing

The solution has been implemented according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and replacing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and italian applicable law “Legislative decree no. 196 of 30 june 2003 named Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” (in S.O n. 123 alla G.U. 29 luglio 2003, n. 174)”, as amended from time to time.
