# Guida alla scrittura

Questa breve guida definisce alcune regole redazionali per la scrittura dei testi delle opportunità della Carta Giovani Nazionale.

L’obiettivo delle regole è di:

* Rendere i testi delle opportunità coerenti tra loro;
* Mantenere il contenuto coerente con il tono di voce dell’App IO;
* Agevolare la comprensione da parte degli utenti.

## In generale:

👉 Dai sempre del “tu” all’utente, evitando espressioni come “cliente”, “possessore di carta CGN”;

👉 Usa un tono colloquiale e chiaro;

👉 Non menzionare la Carta Giovani Nazionale, l’utente che legge questi testi si trova già nella sezione dedicata all’iniziativa;

👉 Non scrivere intere frasi in maiuscolo.
