**Valutazione negativa:** nel caso il Dipartimento, al termine delle valutazioni di cui al precedente paragrafo, ritenesse la richiesta di convenzione non idonea allo spirito e finalità del Programma o, comunque, non aderente ai criteri ed ai requisiti richiesti, respingerà tale istanza di adesione.
L'Operatore riceverà una comunicazione informativa recante la motivazione del rigetto o, se del caso, un invito a modificare o correggere i dati già inseriti.
**Valutazione positiva**: ove approvata la richiesta di convenzionamento, il Dipartimento comunica all'Operatore tramite e-mail l'avvenuta approvazione.
